Basudha Kushari serves as the Domestic Work Project Coordinator at CHSJ Parichiti. An experienced social work professional, she brings extensive experience in areas such as anti-human trafficking, youth empowerment, and transgender rights. Basudha’s core strengths lie in effective time management and project management, marked by innovative solutions. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in reading and watching informative documentaries, as well as expressing her creativity through painting. Additionally, Basudha runs a small handicraft business named “Loopy”.

I’m a social scientist with expertise in applying research in understanding real-world issues. My education spans a wide range of fields, from Public Administration, Public Health and Research Methodology. I have a doctoral degree in Social Medicine & Community Health from Jawaharlal Nehru University. My research and work experience includes fields like informal labour, ecosystem services, health system research in Non-Communicable Diseases, Tuberculosis & HIV/AIDS programs, which strengthens my ability to understand complex social issues and search for solutions through study and research. I enjoy reading non-fiction books and traveling to new places.
